We use an online e-statement.
Rent is due by the 1st of each month and is considered late if not in our office by 5 PM on the 7th of the month. No exceptions are made. Payments made with credit cards must be made by the same dates.
Only ONE lock is allowed and a second lock is subject to being cut at a cost to you.
YOU are responsible for closing your account, (which includes giving us 5 days notice before the end of the month), and signing all applicable move-out forms. These forms are available in our office during normal business hours. Charges will continue to accrue until all documentation is complete.
Please refer to YOUR agreement regarding requirements and eligibility to receive YOUR deposit back.
Payments can be made at our office at 101 E Main St in Windsor or by phone with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Check and Money Order. Payments can be made after hours via the drop box in the entrance area. If your payment is dropped off in the drop box after hours, it will not be credited to your account until the next business day. Please be sure to include all fees, as partial payments are not allowed and will put you in arrears. There is a link on the emailed invoice.

Yes, and they are recorded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yes, and instructions for use of this are available in the office, or when you sign your agreement.
The speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Please be careful when entering and leaving this facility. Reckless driving will be reported to the police.
Security is EVERYONE'S business! Immediately notify the management at the office during normal business hours, (or after hours by calling 970-686-9494) if you notice anything suspicious or of a problem nature.
No, in compliance with Fire Insurance Regulations and Safety, this is a NON-SMOKING facility.
